FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: Is your company insured?

A: Yes! We pride ourselves on carrying General Liability insurance to demonstrate our commitment to protecting you and your property. Proof of coverage will always be readily available to those that request it.

Q: How often will my yard be mowed?

A: Weekly (four times per month) or Bi-weekly (two times per month) cuts are the time schedules offered for lawn care services. Bi-weekly cuts will carry a higher cost than their weekly counterparts.

Mowing will be done on the same assigned day every week, as long as weather permits. Rain storms and the speed with which your lawn dries out may mean your mow needs to be done a different day than your normally scheduled one. You will always be notified if this is needed.

Q: Can I change the frequency of mowing whenever I wish?

A: You may switch from bi-weekly to weekly or weekly to bi-weekly without penalty, however we do require one week's notice for scheduling purposes.

Q: Am I required to sign a contract?

A: For lawn care services, you will be asked to sign an estimate that shows your written acceptance of a specific price per cut for your lawn. However, that does not obligate you to receive the services for any specific amount of time. You may cancel ongoing services whenever you wish with no penalty.

For landscape services, each job will have its own contract that both parties will sign to serve as a binding agreement for that specific job. Deposits are generally required for any landscape or clearing job with the balance due after final walkthroughs have been completed.

Q: How does billing work?

A: Prior to your service with our company, you will be provided with a secure online link to add a credit card on file. We then bill you after each service is rendered. You will never be charged for services that have not been rendered (The exception to this are landscape contracts that require a deposit prior to work commencing, but your estimate will specify this in advance).
